Today we had Caroline Jolly, a singer and artist and one of our longstanding members of the Earth Nouveau Hub take us on an exploration into the science of colours. We thoroughly enjoyed a fabulous and colourful chakra meditation as part of her presentation, sounding out the seven sounds associated with our bodily chakras finished off with a beautiful sound sequence and signing bowl.
